How to delete your account
Send an email to contact@mayaiptv.com with the subject "Account deletion", from the email address linked to your account (this is how we verify your identity). Deletion is completed within 30 days at most (usually within a few days), with an email confirmation.
What gets deleted
- Your account (email, username, password).
- Your IPTV connections and their credentials.
- Your favorites, history and playback progress.
- Your preferences.
Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
What may remain temporarily
Security logs (IP address, date) are automatically purged within 14 days. Any technical backups are overwritten as they rotate.
Good to know
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Deleting an IPTV connection in the app removes its credentials and history without closing the account. See also our privacy policy.
